Refund Policy

Digital items
Ranks and other items are digital goods that are delivered right after payment. [State whether, and when, refunds are possible - for example within 14 days if the item was not delivered.]
Items that didn't arrive
If an item has not been delivered within 24 hours of being online, contact support with your order number from your purchase history. We will deliver it or refund you.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed or charged back, items that were not delivered yet are cancelled, and staff may remove items that were already delivered.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider.
