2. Using the server and website
- You must follow the server rules. We may restrict or remove access for breaking them.
- You are responsible for your Minecraft account and for keeping website login codes private.
- The service is provided as is. It may change, be interrupted or end.
3. Purchases
- Payments are handled by our payment provider (for example Tebex), whose own terms also apply to the payment.
- Purchases are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are tied to the Minecraft account they were delivered to.
- Items are delivered automatically after the provider confirms the payment. See the refund policy.
- Store purchases follow Minecraft's commercial usage guidelines: they do not sell gameplay advantages that would make the game pay-to-win. [Confirm this for every product before launch.]
